tradesimple pre-scheduled maintenance work.
Please be advised that there will be scheduled maintenance to the Hospitality platform on Saturday Aug 30th from 17:00 – 20:00.
During this period the tradesimple website will be available and all email, FTP, AS2 and Edi services will be available as normal however any orders placed in the moments leading up to 17:00 and during the maintenance work will wait until service is restored at 20:00 and will then continue to be sent.
Can the recipients of this email please ensure that all relevant units who place orders are aware that messages will not progress forthis period as this distribution list only goes to people listed as downtime / technical contacts.
